Nurturing growth in all aspects of a child’s development
Life at Huron Valley Catholic School includes many enrichment opportunities. Students may choose to participate in academic contests, depending on their grade level, such as the Geography Bee, the Spelling Bee, the National Mythology Examination, Tracks Wildlife Art Competition, Michigan Math League Contest, and American Mathematic Competition. They could also opt for Forensics Club, Student Council, Chess Club or Drama Club. Our students actively take part in Christian service opportunities for the school and greater community.
We offer intramural sports for grades 5 and 6. At the 7th and 8th grade level, Huron Valley Catholic School sports teams participate with other area Catholic, Christian, and public schools. We offer boys’ soccer and basketball and girls’ basketball and volleyball. Our emphasis is on good sportsmanship and team play.
Scattered throughout the year are fun events, such as the Fall Festival for our lower grades, the all school Ice Cream Social, Movie Nights, and the Winter Family Skate! Upper Grade Fun Nights provide fun social activities for our older students in a parent-chaperoned environment.
We work hard to nurture growth in all aspects of a child’s development.
