Is dressing up required?
No, but it sure would add a lot to our celebration. Dress as a known Saint, Bible character, or Christian hero.
May I carry props (swords, crosses, etc )?
You may carry a prop during the parade. Accessories may need to be removed after the parade in order to participate fully in the fun activities, and for the rest of the school day.
May I get dressed in costume after I get to school?
We would like you to have very little to do after you get here, so that you will be ready or the parade quickly and easily when the time comes. At about 8:20am we will gather props and then go outside to the parking lot (weather permitting). The parade begins at about 8:30am.
May my parents come for the parade?
Yes! Grandparents and siblings too. The parade will be in the parking lot about 8:25am.
Do I need to pay for this event?
No! The Activity Fees cover the costs.
When is the festival?
Monday, October 31, from 8:30 until approximately 12:00pm.
Are parents needed to help?
Yes! There are quite a few things that parents can do to keep all the activities running smoothly. Please volunteer via a Sign-Up Genius which will be sent home soon.
What if my child has allergies?
Please speak with your child’s teacher about food alternatives. There will be donuts, cider and other treats too.
