Admissions Step Three: Gather and Submit your Enrollment Documents

  1. Review the Tuition and Financial Aid information for appropriate registration fees. From the Information and Enrollment Folder, complete the Pre-K Enrollment Application or the K-8th Enrollment Application. In addition, read and sign the Statement of Christian Beliefs.
  2. Gather the following documents:

♦   A copy of birth certificate

♦   A copy of this year and last year’s report cards (if applicable)

♦   A copy of standardized test scores (if applicable)

  1. Mail the above items, along with the non-refundable application fee, to:
