Day 1 Additional Reminders

Dear HVCS Parents,

Here are a few additional reminders and updates before we open on Tuesday, September 1st!

WCHD Resource

A Helpful Resource from the Washtenaw County Health Department that we will be using to help guide our decision making.

REMINDER: We will still be contacting the WCHD for most situations! (See link below for Flowchart)

FACTS Login

There are two areas that students will login and practice using during the first few weeks of school. We will be sending more detailed information to help parents login within the next week.

FACTS Student Information System
Accessible from parent or student login.
FACTS Learning Management System
Accessible only from student login. Primarily will be used if we go back to Phase 3.
Introducing School Nurses

We are pleased to announce that we will be having a school nurse on site each morning from 7:45-8:30 am to help with initial screening of students and any health concerns that may come up as students are arriving to school each day.
